骨干志愿者是指具有较强组织管理能力和较高工作热情、
能组织并带领志愿者团队开展工作的志愿者。杭州亚运会

志愿者将为开闭幕式、各项竞赛及活动提供竞赛运行服务、
注册制证服务、礼宾和语言服务、抵离迎送服务、仪式活

动服务、观众服务、媒体运行服务、后勤保障服务、交通
出行服务、官方会议服务、亚运村及官方接待饭店服务、

信息服务 , 以及其他赛会保障需要的服务等 13 类志愿服务。

The volunteers are divided into three categories based on their
responsibilities: general volunteers, specialist volunteers and cadre
volunteers. General volunteers are mainly engaged in support
work such as maintaining order, organizing cultural activities,
and providing logistical support. Specialist volunteers are mainly
engaged in competition services, language translation (including
sign language and Braille), reception, information technology
and other support work with certain professional requirements.
Cadre volunteers refer to volunteers who have strong organization
and management abilities and a zeal for work, and can organize
and lead volunteer teams to fulfill their work. Volunteers will
provide 13 types of service to ensure the operation of the Asian
Games, including competition operation services, registration and
accreditation, reception and language services, arrival & departure
services, ceremony & activity services, spectator services, media
operation services, logistics services, transport services, official
conference services, village operation & official reception hotel
