          2.West Lake Carp in Sweet Vinegar Sauce: Made with a grass
       carp from the West Lake. When served, the fish is poured with a
       layer of oily sugar and vinegar sauce. It tastes delicious, fresh and
       sweet, with a crab flavor.


           3. 片儿川:杭州独有

       的一道特色面食,是用新

       鲜的笋片,加上肉丝和雪
       菜做成的一碗面。面汤鲜,
       面软,笋嫩,肉香。


          3. Pianrchuan Noodles: A special type of noodles unique to
       Hangzhou. It is a bowl of noodles made with fresh bamboo shoots,
       sliced pork and potherb mustard. The dish features fresh soup, soft
       noodles, tender bamboo shoots and delicious meat.
