4. 东坡肉:相传

                                     研究,还曾担任杭州
                                     的地方长官。东坡肉

                                     也是杭州菜的代表之
                                     一。主料是半肥半瘦

                                     的猪肉,加入配料焖
                                     制而成,成品菜肉皮

                                     油亮,入口即化,肥
                                     而不腻。

          4. Dongpo Pork Stewed in Brown Sauce: Named after Su
       Dongpo, who was a famous poet, essayist, calligrapher as well
       as a public official, this dish was created by Su according to the
       legend. It is one of the typical dishes of Hangzhou cuisine. The
       main ingredient is pork, which is stewed with other ingredients.
       The pork is oily, tender, and is fat but not greasy.
