《贫民窟的百万富翁》中，贫民小子贾马尔即将夺得大奖，却被诬陷作弊。可
是他来参加这个节目不是为了奖金，而是希望用善良和信任拯救陷入黑帮的朋友。
正是这份善良和信任，使全国观众支持他重回舞台，不仅让他身处黑帮的哥哥幡然
醒悟，也最终帮助他收获了爱情和财富。
贫穷，不能成为败坏德行的理由。相比于那些偏爱不义之财的人，贾马尔“无
终食之间违仁”，用最正确的方法成为“人生赢家”。这不正是他在逆境中坚持信

Confucius remarked, “Riches and honours are objects of men’s desire; but if a wise
man cannot have them without leaving the path of duty, he would not have them. Poverty
and a low position in life are objects of men’s dislike; but if a wise man cannot leave them
without departing from the path of duty, he would not leave them.”
“A wise man who leaves his moral character is no longer entitled to the name of a
wise man. A wise man never for one single moment in his life loses sight of a moral life;
in moments of haste and hurry, as in moments of danger and peril, he always clings to it.”
