同龄人语

“过犹不及”，在古代是儒家中庸思想的体现，在今天则可以理解为劳逸结合

的方法。
比如《魔兽》中的加尔鲁什，他过度追求力量，不惜一切代价，最终却堕入邪
恶之中，遭人唾弃。又比如身边的一些同学，虽然十分活跃，但学习效率却远比那

些“闷骚”的同学高，这是因为他们掌握了学习节奏的平衡，在该学习时心无旁骛，

该休息时也无所牵挂。
因此，同学们要在日常学习生活中学会劳逸结合，正确掌握“过”与“不及”
的平衡，才能在“学并快乐”的同时取得好的学习效果。（林超轶）

Zigong, referring to two other disciples, enquired which of the two was the better

man. Confucius answered, “One goes beyond the mark; the other does not come up to
it.” “Then,” replied Zigong, “the first man is a better than the last?” “No,” answered

Confucius, “to go Zigong beyond the mark is just as bad as not to come up to it.”
